Makkah Towers Project
Developed a Building Management Statement for the project to allocate operational costs and common areas in Makkah.
Manazel Al Safwa Project (OPM)
Completed the subdivision of all real estate units in the project, consisting of six residential-commercial towers in Jeddah.
Rafal Ascott Tower
Created a Building Management Statement to allocate areas, calculate cost ratios for common areas, and determine shared facilities' usage based on quantity takeoff for all systems in the project in Riyadh.
Khalidiya Towers Project
Conducted 3D surveying using a Leica RTC360 laser scanner for electromechanical components to document and build a Building Information Model (BIM).
National Housing Services Company Projects
Worked on projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, focusing on land surveying and map matching using GPS and Total Station equipment, along with topographic surveying using the DJI M350 RTK drone.
